I need some Tips for Spyware Detection and Removal

I have been having all kinds of issues with my PC at home and do not know what to do from here. I have spent at least 10 hours on the computer on various forums to try and figure out what is going on. But almost every time I feel like I am getting close to figuring out what it is the computer crashes on me and I am back at square one. The issues are pretty intense and really need some Tips for Spyware Detection and Removal. Once I get the spyware off of there i know that everything will go back to normal.
