A standard judo uniform

By admin | October 29, 2009

Describe a standard judo uniform and most people will instantly recognize what you are talking about. Both fighters who train regularly and enjoy the sport, and just interested onlookers will know that judo combatants wear a distinctive, white uniform. It’s baggy, so the competitors can move quickly and easily when they have to, and it’s white. What is not immediately understood is that the judo gi is made from high quality material. It has to be. The sport involves a lot of grappling and pulling; of both the uniforms and the limbs of the players. And so the better uniforms are robust and study. Both the material and the thread that sews the pieces together, are made to take stress and last a long time.
