Prom Dresses Cost A Packet

My daughter is just thirteen but is already talking about what she is going to do on her prom night. I read a report last week that stated that the prom night was costing on average over $1000 and that only included the clothes, shoes and hair etc. My daughters friends are talking about hiring a limmo as well as staying over at some nice hotel. Gone are the days where you just bought a nice dress suite or Prom Dress. Like most things today that had some meaning, like a wedding or an anniversary it has become all about who can spend the most money or have the biggest and best of whatever.
