Jason Ferruggia Rocket Science

I am glad that finally addresses the subject of body building as not being rocket science. I would like to add to the comment that jason ferruggia made about it not being rocket science by saying that means it is not 100% guaranteed that it will work the same way for everyone. A science should be absolute where a body program is not. There are just some things that do not work for every body. However, if you approach it this way and can tweak the program as needed to adjust to your body type then hopefully you will have 100% success.
