Wondering if Colon Cleansers Could Help Me

For the past few months I have been having problems with irregularity. I have tried laxatives, but then I need to take something for diarrhea. It has become a vicious cycle. I am now wondering if colon cleansers could help me. I would love to do something that would take care of the problem once and for all, and take care of it naturally. I am tired of taking medicines that just mess up my system. I am sure that there is something going on in there and if I could just cleanse my system and start fresh, I think that would help.
