Learning Some New Thigh Exercises

I’ve always been pretty fit. I even exercised while pregnant with my daughter. But I’ve noticed that my thighs have gotten a bit flabby lately. I assume its because I couldn’t keep up with my running while pregnant. So this week I have to go to the gym and see if they have any classes that focus on inner thighs exercises. I hope they do. Even though my daughter is only 3 months old, I miss having some adult interaction. So if the gym has some good classes, I’ll let her father take care of her 1 or 2 nights a week while I work out.
