Ban private plates

Private number plates that carry special car registrations is not a good thing because some people use it for a wrong reason ,like terrorism or crime and it is very dangerous and also for many people it’s there hobby and they thing that when these plates were placed in our cars people automatically attracts towards our cars and i thing personal number plates must be banned because now a days i could be mostly used in terrorism so please ban the personal number plates to reduce terrorism and crime. The world could be a safer place without them on cars.
