Reset to factory default

My phone was acting up and I called tech support for help. We ended up having to reset my phone back to factory default. When we did I lost all of my downloads. I tried living without them for a few days and realized that I really missed them all. After some research I found a lot of them available for free mobile download. I have put most of them back now and my phone is working perfectly. I am not sure what I would do without all of my games and applications. They make my phone so much better.
