We Porvide More Than The Leed Exam Requires

Water in our area is always a problem. Even before we built with the idea of having the leed exam we were water conscious. Our buildings are constructed to retain all runoff on the site. While we realize that our roofs are impervious, we also know that we can landscape to retain it. We have constructed swales to hold the water until it is absorbed. We also have tanks so that some of the water can be retained and then accessed during the summer months for landscaping. Inside we have installed duel plumbing in anticipation of the day that restrictions are lifted and we can use gray water for irrigation.
