Son in California Calls Heating and Cooling Service in Indianapolis to Repair Father’s Air Conditioning

My elderly father lives in Indianapolis and I live in California. It is difficult to keep tabs on Dad from such a long distance and even harder to assist him with day-to-day problems. Recently he called me in the middle of the night, California time, because his air conditioning system was not working. This doesn’t sound like a major problem, but it was the middle of July and temperatures were in the nineties in Indiana. Dad has breathing problems so it is important to keep the house cool. I got online and found a heating repair Indianapolis that came highly recommended and placed a call to their office. The receptionist was very pleasant and understood my concern about Dad’s air conditioning unit and said they would have a certified HVAC technician there within the hour. I told her I would call my dad and let him know someone was on the way to make the repairs. In a few hours Dad’s house was cool again. I called the office the next day to let them know how much I appreciated their prompt response.
