Moving On to the Next Job?

When leaving your current job, it doesn’t always have to be because you are unhappy, nor you had a bad relationship with your co-workers and such. You simply want to move on and grab the opportunity or opportunities presented to you. Some see first jobs as a stepping stone to where they want to end up in the long run. There are some who don’t leave because it is not necessary and they become comfortable where they are. There’s nothing wrong with staying. Neither is it wrong to move onto the next job.
People have different reasons to quit work and different plans for their career. Personally, I would prefer to move on because I want to and not because I don’t have a choice.
