Inexpensive Car Insurance for Students

By admin | December 31, 2009

I finished my undergraduate degree last year and am now doing a masters degree.  It means that I’ve changed uni’s, but I still live in the same town so I’ve now had to buy and finance a car. I already know how to drive, and I had a car in my first and second years at uni, but it died on me during the summer before my third year.  It didn’t really make much difference then because I didn’t have any spare time to go anywhere, I was too busy with my course. Getting student car insurance has been really great and I think it’s cheaper than it would have been had I not been a student.  With the recession everyone I know who left uni last year is finding it really hard to get jobs, and they’ve told me how their insurance premiums have gone up because they’re classified as unemployed. So thanks for the great rate, as a student it’s really appreciated.
